A growing number of old employees should be employed in future organisations, particularly in highly developed countries, and because of at least two reasons. First, the populations of many countries are aging. Second, the time of remaining active on the labour market is prolonging. The barriers for older workers on this market include age stereotypes regarding such workers. Therefore, it is important to know individual characteristics that are associated with stereotyped thinking about older workers.
